• Loss of profits or projected earnings
• Service interruptions or scheduled maintenance
• Unforeseen data loss or security breaches

9 Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee continuous uptime or error-free operation.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within our local jurisdiction.
