1 Overview

This Refund Policy governs all payments made through Seedora via https://growseedora.com.

At present, purchases and sales are not enabled on the platform. Once payment functionality is activated through Razorpay or any other third-party provider, the following policy shall apply.

2 Strict No Refund Policy

All payments made to Seedora are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Digital products and Platform credits
• Subscriptions and Membership plans
• Educational Services and curated kits
• Accidental purchases or change of mind
• Failure to use purchased services

By completing a transaction on our platform (once enabled), you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

3 Payment Processing

Payments will be processed through Razorpay or another authorized third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

Refund requests submitted directly to the payment provider do not guarantee reimbursement and remain subject to this policy.

4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of our terms and may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent ban from the Seedora network
• Legal recovery actions if applicable

5 Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if required by applicable law in India. Any such exception will be evaluated at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
